Dr. Jacobs practices comprehensive ophthalmology in Virginia with a sub-specialty in corneal disease. After completing her training in Ophthalmology, Dr. Jacobs served as a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland where she also completed a fellowship in order to advance her expertise in corneal surgery. In addition, she has completed training and certification on the latest technology to improve dry eyes.

Dr. Jacobs performs corneal surgeries in VA which include pterygium and endothelial keratoplasty procedures.  She is committed to keeping abreast of the latest technological advances to provide her patients with the best eye care. She has also worked as a medical director for Notal Vision since 2017. She is well respected among her peers and has received the Northern Virginia Top Doctor award listed in Northern Virginia Magazine for the past four consecutive years.

Dr. Jacobs has four children and lives in the area with her husband. She enjoys bike riding, spending time with her family, traveling, and being active in her church.
